Miami Beach Ocean Watersports sends text messages to customers about their own reservations and inquiries: booking confirmations, arrival-window reminders, weather or closure notices, reschedule and cancellation notices, waiver confirmations, and replies to questions you text us.
Messages are sent by our reservation platform on behalf of Miami Beach Ocean Watersports. Message frequency varies with your bookings. Msg & data rates may apply.
2. How you opt in
At checkout. When you book any activity at miamibeachoceanwatersports.com/book, you enter your mobile number and may tick the optional checkbox below. It is not pre-checked, it is not required to complete the purchase, and leaving it unticked simply means we will not text you.

By texting us first.If you text our business number (published on every page of this site under “Text us”), you are asking us to reply, and we reply to that conversation. Our first reply identifies Miami Beach Ocean Watersports and includes STOP instructions.
3. Opt out and help
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
- Reply HELP for help, or call or text (786) 321-3767.
- Reply START to re-subscribe after opting out.
4. Privacy and terms
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared.
