Our #1 priority is the health and safety of our passengers crew, and family. We will continue to guide our decision making moving forward during this unprecedented event. Please find below a list of just some of the actions undertaken to ensure the health and safety of our passengers and crew.

All crew and office personnel are required to wear face coverings when/where appropriate
Face coverings will be made available for all passengers for purchase
All staff are required to follow CDC guidelines on handwashing, hygiene, and social distancing
Enhanced sanitation protocols for all water sports equipment, i.e., snorkels, masks, etc.
Enhanced protocols to restrict work and provide paid leave for all high-risk crew members
Currently waiving all cancellation and rescheduling fees Facilities & Vessels
Enhanced and regular sanitation protocols for all facilities and vessels
Implementation of additional hand sanitizing stations
Reduced capacity of check-in office occupancy
Significant reduction in passenger occupancy on all activities to support social distancing Requests of Passengers
